2. Products and Services

We specialize in laser cut and/or engraved wooden, acrylic, metallic  items designed for children and families.

  • All product images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product information; however, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to natural wood variations.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Our products are made from natural wood based engineered panels or wood veneers (some people also maybe call it as engineered wood, plywood or veneer) unless otherwise stated. 
  • We strictly do NOT use MDF in any of our products. Any individual, business, reseller, or establishment that manufactures, markets, promotes, or sells MDF items while misrepresenting them as our products will be considered engaging in fraudulent activity. Such misuse of our name, brand, or product identity will result in immediate legal action and litigation without exception, and we reserve full rights to pursue all civil and criminal remedies available under law. 
  • Each item may vary in grain, colour, and texture due to natural wood characteristics. 
  •  Product images are for illustration. Colours and grain patterns may differ from the actual item due to screen variations and natural material differences.
  • As many items are handcrafted, minor variations in dimensions (±2–3 mm) may occur.
  • We reserve the right to update product designs, materials, or specifications if required for quality or safety improvements.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the order. This does not constitute acceptance.

3.2 The order is accepted once we confirm dispatch or begin manufacturing (for custom orders).

3.3 We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limited stock, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupeees) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes where stated.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this does not affect confirmed orders already paid for.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the specified time mentioned on our website.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Woody Buddy is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural disruptions.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within the specified time frame.

  • Any loss or damage due to inaccurate product details or delayed delivery.
    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
