At Woody Buddy, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Every product is carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help you with an easy return or replacement process.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must share a unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item as proof.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective).
- Customized, hand-painted, or personalized products made specially for you.
- No refund claims can be made based on color and texture of wood. The color and texture of wood varies from product to product. This is the characteristic of all natural products and it makes your product unique.
3. Return Process

Verification:
Our support team will review your request and inform you if it qualifies for a return. Return Shipment:
- If approved, return request can be raised in the address mentioned in the website.
- Products must be securely packed in their original condition.
Inspection & Resolution:
- Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected.
- After approval, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Woody Buddy will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other return reasons, customers are responsible for shipping the item back.
5. Refund Process
Once your return request is received and approved:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- In case of replacements or exchanges, the replaced / exchanged product will be shipped once the original item is returned and inspected. Usually it takes about 5-7 business days for the replaced/exchanged product to be delivered to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. After dispatch, our return policy will be applied.
